Men's Hockey Asia Cup Final Highlights: The Indian men's hockey team were crowned the 2025 Men's Hockey Asia Cup champions in Rajgir on Sunday.
Up against the reigning champions South Korea, India registered a 4-1 win, thanks to a brace from Dilpreet Singh in the title clash.
India finished the tournament unbeaten as they also qualified for the 2026 FIH Men's World Cup with this win.

India, in recent years, have been the best team in the Asian continent by far. The Asia Cup trophy eluded them for eight years but it wasn't to be this time in front of their home crowd in Rajgir.
Harmanpreet Singh and co were the pre-tournament favourites to win and qualify for the World Cup. They did have some hiccups in between but in the end they meet the expectations with an unbeaten run to win the title.

Dilpreet Singh is named the Player of the Match for his brace in the 2025 Men's Hockey Asia Cup Final.
"It feels very good because its been eight years since our last Asia Cup win. Our main target was to qualify for the World Cup," says Dilpreet.

57' - Brilliant from Amit Rohidas
A penalty corner for South Korea and Amit Rohidas runs in without a second thought to deflect that drag flick away.
That was a bit too high from South Korea but Rohidas puts his body on the line. He is the best in the world when it comes to first rushing and this is why. Fearless!

Abhishek receives the ball via a long pass from Amit Rohidas. He takes a couple of steps to enter the circle and unleashes a ferocious tomahawk.

South Korea have finally pulled one back. It is a penalty corner and the reigning champions pull out a variation.
The Indian defence is not prepared for this and are outplayed. Son Dain with the final touch as South Korea open their tally.

Dilpreet Singh with some good work inside the shooting circle to earn India yet another penalty corner.
The penalty corner injection from Hardik Singh lands to the second battery instead of the first, where Harmanpreet Singh is placed.
The South Korean defence is taken aback. Amit Rohidas with the drag flick and the veteran defender has breached it into the net!

India continue their attacking hockey in the final quarter. A good cross from the right flank but it is intercepted inside the circle before it reaches the Indian forward.

That bit of play also brings an end to the third quarter. India have further strengthened their grip on this title clash at the end of that 15 minutes of play.
South Korea were much better in this quarter, constantly looking to create attacks. But the Indian defence stood strong before Dilpreet found the net just before the end of third quarter.
