2025 PKL Auction: Devank Dalal goes to Bengal for 2.205 Cr, Pardeep Narwal goes unsold– Highlights

Arjun Deshwal and Naveen Goyat
Mohammadreza Shadouli (Rs 2.23 crore) and Devank Dalal (Rs 2.205 crore) emerged as the most expensive players of the 2025 PKL auction.
A total of ten players, for the first time in history, crossed the Rs 1 crore mark. There were some massive moves made with Arjun Deshwal signed up by Tamil Thalaivas and Naveen Kumar Goyat heading to Haryana Steelers.
The experienced Pardeep Narwal, on the other hand, found no takers.
While a total of 83 players were retained by the 12 franchises across three different categories, more than 500 players were for grabs in the 2025 auction.

Ten players break the Rs 1 crore mark
A total of ten players breached the Rs 1 crore mark on Day 1 of the 2025 PKL auction. This is for the first time in PKL history that ten players will be paid above Rs 1 crore.
They are:

The reigning champions Haryana Steelers rope in Naveen Kumar Goyat for a whopping Rs 1.20 crore.
Dabang Delhi did not have the option for FBM and the two-time Pro Kabaddi League MVP will bid goodbye to them.
