Ten players break the Rs 1 crore mark
A total of ten players breached the Rs 1 crore mark on Day 1 of the 2025 PKL auction. This is for the first time in PKL history that ten players will be paid above Rs 1 crore.
They are:

- Devank Dalal (Bengal Warriors)
- Ashu Malik (Dabang Delhi)
- Naveen Kumar Goyat (Haryana Steelers)

Naveen Kumar Goyat is a Steeler!
The reigning champions Haryana Steelers rope in Naveen Kumar Goyat for a whopping Rs 1.20 crore.
Dabang Delhi did not have the option for FBM and the two-time Pro Kabaddi League MVP will bid goodbye to them.

The "Naveen Express" enters the Pro Kabaddi League auction for the first time ever. He has done great things with Dabang Delhi, having been signed outside the auction.
