Ragul Kumar G tops the men's 200m semi-finals with a time of 20.91s

Ragul won heat 3 and was the only player to clock a sub-21s time in the semifinals, topping the charts ahead of experienced Animesh Kujur (21.06s) and Amlan Borgohain (21.15s).
